By accessing or using the PixelloAI website, iOS app, or Android app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PixelloAI provides AI-powered photo and video editing tools, including background removal, AI-generated backgrounds, text-to-image generation, text-to-video generation, and a built-in editor. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

You may use core features as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account requires accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Coins are a virtual currency used within the Service to access certain features (AI-generated backgrounds, text-to-image, text-to-video generation, and downloads). Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable once granted or purchased, except where required by applicable law. • All coin purchases made via Stripe (web and Android) or through the Apple App Store (iOS) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for coin purchases, including for unused coins, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a generated result, except where required by law or by the applicable app store's own refund policy. • Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's own refund policies and procedures — refund requests for iOS purchases must be made directly to Apple, not to PixelloAI, as we do not have the ability to process or override App Store refunds. • Coins earned via rewarded ads or granted as a free starter balance have no monetary value and are provided at our discretion; we may adjust, cap, or discontinue rewarded-ad coin grants at any time. • If we discontinue the Service entirely, we do not guarantee compensation for unused coin balances.

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you as necessary to provide the Service (including sending it to third-party AI processing providers). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, and for ensuring it does not violate the law or infringe anyone else's rights.

Content generated by AI (backgrounds, images, videos) is produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or outcome from AI generation, and generated content should be reviewed before use in any professional, commercial, or public context.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Free and guest use of the Service is supported in part by advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Ads are subject to Google's own advertising policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelloAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
