This Privacy Policy explains what information PixelloAI ("we", "us") collects when you use the PixelloAI website, iOS app, and Android app (together, the "Service"), and how that information is used, stored, and protected. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: if you create an account, we collect your first and last name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google or Apple) the profile information those providers share with us. Content you upload: photos and text prompts you submit for background removal, AI background generation, text-to-image, or text-to-video generation are sent to our processing infrastructure and third-party AI providers to produce your result, and the result is stored so it appears in your Gallery. Usage and device information: we collect basic technical data (app version, device type, general usage events) via Firebase Analytics to understand how the Service is used and to diagnose problems. Purchase information: if you buy coins, Stripe (web/Android) or Apple's App Store (iOS) processes your payment directly — we never see or store your full card details. We do store a record of what you purchased and when, to credit your coin balance and for support purposes.

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service (processing your images/prompts, maintaining your account and coin balance); communicate with you about your account or purchases; show ads (guest and free-tier users) via Google AdMob; detect and prevent abuse of the coin and rewarded-ad systems; and improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.

Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, and analytics. PiAPI — processes the images and prompts you submit to generate AI results. Stripe — processes web and Android coin purchases. Apple App Store — processes iOS in-app coin purchases. Google AdMob — serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, and may use device identifiers for ad personalization and measurement subject to your device's ad-tracking settings. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone. If you use the Service as a guest (without creating an account), your data is tied to that anonymous session and is not linked to a recoverable identity.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at the email below.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
